By re-organizing the content to map to specific user needs, we created a highly useful search experience. We created three distinct channels with optimized processes for finding the right physician, the right care center and the right service.
Useful by Design
Even in the design phase, we put content first. The information needed to be understandable and easy to visually digest to accommodate a variety of users, including patients with specific accessibility needs.
